Want to help people? Like solving problems? Then Medicine might be for you!

If you love learning, solving problems and helping people, then give medicine a go!

As a doctor you can care for people of all ages, from babies to teenagers to adults to the very elderly. Being an Indigenous doctor means we can look after and care for our own people as well.

To help people, doctors need to use tests and be able to problem solve to find out what is wrong with people. Most doctors are doctors of medicine (M.D.) They treat all kinds of diseases and injuries.

Shannon Price is studying to be a doctor. He has always wanted to be a doctor and always wanted to help his people. He is great at problem solving! He didn’t really think becoming a doctor was possible until he tried. He says it lots of work but he knows there are lots of people out there that want to see him succeed. He is in his final year of studying and will soon be a qualified doctor! Click here to read his story.
