The Australian Indigenous Doctors’ Association Ltd (AIDA) advocates for improvements in Indigenous health in Australia and encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to work in medicine by supporting Indigenous students and doctors.
AIDA is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation dedicated to the pursuit of leadership, partnership & scholarship in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, education and workforce. It is a Public Company Limited by Guarantee, incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001.
AIDA sincerely appreciates all offers of assistance and recognition in the form of donations and gifts and undertakes to give due consideration to all such offers. AIDA particularly welcomes untied financial donations. AIDA acknowledges that some donations are made subject to specific requested recognition of the donor.
All decisions to accept or reject offers of donations are made consistent with the core business and values of AIDA.
Donations will be receipted in Australian dollars and donations over $2.00 are tax deductible in Australia.
