AIDA Constitution

As at 1 July 2008, AIDA is a registered Company Ltd by Guarantee with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, pursuant to the Corporations Act.

A copy of AIDA amended Constitution can be viewed here. Hard copies of AIDA’s revised Constitution will be sent out to members following membership renewal or application for the 2010 year.
